A bargaining model in cooperative games is considered in which the bargaining period is limited. If no agreement is achieved before the limit then the game results in an uncertain outcome which can be connected with some preliminary information common for all players. The main result of the paper concerns the solution function called the compounded-Nash solution, and its properties.
