The paper studies the consistency of the algorithm for adaptive filtering with constraints or adaptive filter of beam former type. The signals are allowed to be correlated and the second moments to be dependent on time (possibly infinitesimal or diverging). It is shown that under reasonably mild conditions the algorithm is bounded and strongly consistent.
