It is well known that the spaces \(L^{\alpha}(E)\) (1\(\leq \alpha \leq \infty)\) are complete (for the Bochner integral) E being a Banach space. The last property continues to hold for Fréchet spaces, but it is false in general for arbitrary locally convex spaces. The main object of this paper is to characterize the quasi-complete locally convex spaces E for which the space \(L^{\alpha}(E)\) are also quasi-complete (using an integral which is similar to the Grothendieck's one). Several examples are given of locally convex spaces E such that the corresponding \(L^{\alpha}(E)\) are quasi-complete.
