The paper gives an example of a \(\mu\)-constant deformation of an isolated singularity f: (\({\mathbb{C}}^{n+1},0)\to ({\mathbb{C}},0)\) for which the V- filtration on the Jacobi algebra \(Q_ f\) (considered as endomorphisms of Q f) jumps. The example is one of Luengo's functions with a singular \(\mu\)-constant stratum; the non-smoothness of this stratum is a corollary of the computations.
