The main object of this work is to give a full description of the geometry of 2-twistor conformal Hamiltonian spaces. In twistor theory a massive particle is treated as system composed of two or more massless particles. The phase spaces of massless particles are realized as conformal orbits on the space of projective twistors. The standard symplectic geometry operations are utilized. In this work one uses coordinates only for the physical interpretation. [The reviewer would prefer the more general spinor approach of twistors instead of the authors' methods coming from the papers in the references.]
