The article deals with classification of inductively closed proper classes over bounded hnp-rings as well as modules injective relative to sequences lying in such classes. The description points out the exact place of flatly generated classes among inductively closed proper classes. In particular, the following result is proved: over a bounded hnp-ring R each inductively closed proper class is flatly generated if and only if R is a bounded Dedekind prime ring. Since each inductively closed proper class contains the class S of pure exact sequences according to Cohn, the corresponding relatively injective modules are algebraically compact. We establish a one-to-one correspondence between inductively closed proper classes and classes of algebraically compact modules which also proves the injectivity of each inductively closed proper class over a bounded hnp-ring.
