[For part I see ibid. 152, 203-219 (1984; Zbl 0545.34018).] A new class of angular momentum-dependent potentials with varying depths and shapes is considered in this paper, in connection with the three- dimensional Schrödinger equation with an effective mass. The author has been able to solve for the eigenfunctions, eigenenergies and scattering function in closed form in terms of known special functions.
