Denote by \(M_ k\) and \(\chi_ k\) the Minkowski constant and the Kronecker character of a quadratic field k, respectively. It is considered the set \(S_ k=\{p,\quad rational\quad prime;p\leq M_ k,\chi_ k(p)\neq 1\}.\) The author proves Ono's conjecture [see \textit{T. Ono}, Proc. Japan Acad., Ser. A 64, No.3, 78-79 (1988; Zbl 0662.12004)] that there are at most 12 real quadratic field k such that \(S_ k\) is empty.
