The paper deals with the differential equation \(w''+A(z)w=0,\) where \(A(z)\) is an entire transcendental function of finite order. The author proves two theorems, one giving a necessary and the other a sufficient condition for a sequence of complex numbers to be the zero-sequence of a solution.
