The aim of this paper is threefold: (1) to propose the convexly combined fuzzy relational equations which make it possible to formulate an association between any fuzzy sets, (2) to give the methods of solving completely or approximately a simultaneous set of the convexly combined fuzzy relational equations, (3) to point out several aspects of their application to fuzzy information processing, focusing our attention on the normality of fuzzy sets characterizing the fuzzy information.
