    Consider a system of ODES in complex variables in the presence of a symmetry group. \((1)\quad \dot z=L(\epsilon)z+F(z,\epsilon),\) where \(z=(z_ 1,z_ 2)\), \(\epsilon =(\epsilon_ 1,\epsilon_ 2)\), \(L(\epsilon)=\left( \begin{matrix} 0\\ -\epsilon_ 1\end{matrix} \begin{matrix} 1\\ \epsilon_ 2\end{matrix} \right)\), \(F(z,\epsilon)=O(| z|^ 3)\) and (1) is invariant under rotations \((z_ 1,z_ 2)\to (\exp (i\phi)z_ 1\), \(\exp (i\phi)z_ 2)\) and reflection, \((z_ 1,z_ 2)\to (z^*_ 1,z^*_ 2)\). Under the symmetry (1) can be transformed into a system of three real ODES. So the analysis below is performed for such a system. In this paper the author investigates phase portraits of such system and display corresponding bifurcation diagrams for a laser model.
