The boundary value problem \(\Delta u=f\) in G, \(Bu=0\) on \(\partial G\), \(u\in B(\infty)\) is studied in the paper, where: G - a smooth n- dimensional Riemannian manifold (of the class \(C^{\infty})\), \(n\geq 2\), \(\partial G\)- its smooth boundary, \(\Delta\)- the Laplace-Beltrami operator on G, B - a boundary operator on \(\partial G\), B(\(\infty)\)- the condition at the infinite point when G is noncompact. If the described boundary value problem is of Fredholm type, the author proves a theorem, generalizing the known Riemann-Roch theorem for harmonic functions of several variables. For the demonstration of this fact, he needs some other lemmas, very useful for those interested in the domain of harmonic functions with singularities in n-dimensional spaces.
