The zero solution of the system \(\dot x(t)=F(t,x)+G(t,x)\) is uniformly asymptotically stable, if the zero solution of \(\dot y(t)=F(t,y)\) is unique to the right and integrally attracting, and if G(t,x) satisfies some restrictions. Under weaker assumptions than in a former paper [Tôhoku Math. J., II. Ser. 27, 461-477 (1975; Zbl 0317.34053)] a similar result is obtained for systems of functional differential equations.
