    The propagation of the solutions (in the sense of families of semigroup operators) of the delay equation \(\dot x(t)=f(x(t))+g(x_ t),\) \(x_ 0=\phi\), is related to that of the equation \(\dot x(t)=f(x(t))\), \(x(0)=\phi (0)\), where \(x(t)\in B\), \(x_ t\) is a restriction of x for moments less than t and B is a Banach space.
