    Un seul serveur mais deux types de clients: - les clients de type 2 arrivent selon m processus de Poisson \((i=1,...,m)\) homogènes, indépendants; stockage infini, services à priorité ordonnée selon i et de lois générales; - les clients de type 1, de loi à variance finie, ne peuvent être stockés mais ont priorité sur tous ceux de type 2 en attente et même en service. Ce modèle traduit par exemple, par ses clients de type 1, l'occurrence de pannes ou de messages vocaux. L'utilisation, en particulier, des transformées de Laplace des lois de temps de service permet de calculer: - les temps de séjour des clients de type 2; - la probabilité pour un client de type 1 de repartir sans avoir été servi; - le temps d'attente, avent de commencer à être servi, d'un client de type 2 et de classe de priorité fixée. La méthode d'évaluation du nombre de traversées d'un niveau donné [\textit{J. W. Cohen}, J. Appl. Probab. 14, 405-410 (1977; Zbl 0365.60108)] est ici largement utilisée.
