This paper is part of the spirit of studying recursive function theory from a categorical point of view, especially using the theory of topoi. In section one the author gives an introduction to the recursive topos. In section two the author proves theorems involving effective operations. In section three he applies the previous results to the category of effective domains. In section four there are theorems on fixed points.
