Given a finite set of decisions D the problem is to find the ``best'' decision characterized as a fuzzy set on D where the degree of membership corresponds to the degree of preference. The outcomes of each decision are defined as fuzzy sets on an ordered universe U. Several ``best'' decisions are studied in detail.
