[For details and notations see the preceding review.] The author proves that if \({\mathcal D}{\mathcal C}\) is a double cell of the Weyl group W then for each \(\omega\in {\mathcal D}{\mathcal C}\) the Goldie rank ratio \(z_{\omega}\) divides the order of a finite group \(A_{{\mathcal D}{\mathcal C}}\) associated to \({\mathcal D}{\mathcal C}\).
