This paper deals with the linear algebraic problems which are generated by typical limited-angle tomographic problems. Using vector analysis and matrix mathematics one can find ``ghost images''. In particular, the construction of an orthogonal basis of the entry vectors is investigated. There is an application of some special cases. It is shown how advantage can be taken from this information.
