In the present paper, the relationship between transition amplitude spaces [see \textit{S. Gudder} and \textit{S. Pulmannová}, J. Math. Phys. 28, 2393-2399 (1987; Zbl 0646.46073)] (i.e. spaces which are near to Hilbert spaces) and quantum logics with quite rich sets of vector-valued states is investigated.
