The authors consider the asymptotic behavior of the solutions to the differential equation \[ (py^{(n-1)})'+\sum^{n-1}_{i=1}b_ i(t)y^{(i-1)}=g(t,y,y',...,y^{(n-1)}), \] where \(p=p(t)\) is a positive and continuously differentiable function on \(I=[a,\infty)\) such that \(p(a)=1\); \(b_ i=b_ i(t)\) are continuous functions on \(I_ a\), and g is a continuous function on \(I_ a\times {\mathbb{R}}^ n\) which verifies other conditions.
