On free holomorphic \({\mathbb{C}}\)-actions on \({\mathbb{C}}^ n\) and homogeneous Stein manifolds (Q920249): Difference between revisions

The author is concerned with the question whether the quotient space \({\mathbb{C}}^ n/\sim\) (where \(\sim\) is the equivalence relation related to a free holomorphic group action) is always biholomorphic equivalent to \({\mathbb{C}}^{n-1}\), and furnishes some interesting counterexamples among which we mention a family of non Stein quotients, a non Hausdorff quotient, a quotient containing a torus a.s.o.
