The authors extend the technique of \textit{A. Bressan}, \textit{A. Cellina}, \textit{G. Colombo} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 106, 771-775 (1989; Zbl 0698.34014)] to the differential inclusion \(\dot x\in F(x)+f(t,x)\) where F is as in the cited paper and f is Carathéodory single valued map. A result that contains Peano's existence theorem as a particular case is presented.
