Quantization via real polarization of the moduli space of flat connections and Chern-Simons gauge theory in genus one (Q2638570): Difference between revisions

The author uses the real polarization to study the quantization of the moduli space of flat connections on a surface of genus one. The quantization may be carried out explicitly and exhibits many of the expected properties of topological quantum field theory. The associated invariants of some three-manifolds are computed and agree with Witten's results.
