This article presents a new formulation for the Jackson integrals involved in the Barnes type representation of the basic hypergeometric functions. For this purpose the author introduces a q-analogue of de Rham cohomology theory by means of q-version of Sato's b-functions. A holomorphic q-difference system is introduced of which the solutions are given by these Jackson integrals. Several problems are proposed relating this new theory.
