This is a continuation of the author's article with the same title I, in ibid. 66, 161-164 (1990; reviewed above). After the general theory given there, this part practices calculation of q-de Rham cohomology groups under some genericity assumption. It is shown that the dimension of \(H^ n(\Omega^.,\nabla)\) is equal to a combinatorially calculated number \(\kappa\) which gives the number of different asymptotic solutions of the holonomic q-difference equations for the Jackson integrals. The cohomology groups in the other degrees vanish.
