Main results of the paper are theorems and remarks which say that the algebra of bounded operators can be written in the form of a sum of a subalgebra of diagonal operators and a subspace of nondiagonal operators. In the course of proofs there are given some additional assumptions on G and X, where \(G\to End X\) are considered mappings. The last part of the paper is devoted to the study of the problem of complementability of subspaces of some Banach spaces. The paper contains four important theorems and moreover a few interesting and also important remarks and examples.
