Fundamental singular solutions in classical viscous fluids have been discussed in detail in the literature. The present work extends it for slow two-dimensional time-dependent flow of micro-polar fluids. The conditions, under which an explicit solution of governing partial differential equation can be obtained, have been derived. These fundamental solutions have been used to obtain integral representations of flow variables.
