Let \(V\) be the Minkovski \(n\)-dimensional vector space and \[ C = \Lambda V = R + V + \Lambda^2 V + \cdots + \Lambda^n V \] the associated Clifford algebra (i.e. the space of polyvectors with Clifford multiplication) considered as a trivial bundle of algebras over \(V\). Let \(\gamma_a\) be a basis of \(V\). The author proposes the following interpretation of elements of the space \(C\). A vector \(v = x^a \gamma_a\) describes an evolution of a point particle, a bivector \(w = x^{ab}\gamma_a \wedge \gamma_b \) an evolution of a string and, more generally, a polivector \(W = x^{a_1 \cdots a_{p+1}}\gamma_{a_1} \wedge \cdots \wedge \gamma_{a_{p+1}}\) corresponds to a \(p\)-brane. He extends the Lorentz metric of \(V\) to a pseudo-Euclidean mentic \(g^C\) on \(C\) and instead of Lorentz group he considers the linear group of isometries of \((C, g^C)\) of the form \(X \mapsto RXR^{-1}\) where \(R \) is an invertible element of \(C\). An abelian and non-abelian Yang-Mills theory in a bundle over \(C\) is considered. Then the author proposes an extended version of the Standard Model based on the Clifford algebra \(C\) of the 8-dimensional space \(V\). He develops also \(E_8 \times E_8\) Yang-Mills theory in terms of Clifford algebra of the 16-dimensional space \(V\).
