The explicit construction of Finsler metrics with special curvature properties (Q2489745): Difference between revisions

This note gives an explicit construction of a 3-parameter family of non-locally projectively flat Finsler metrics of non-constant isotropic \(S\)-curvature, defined on balls in \(\mathbb R^n\). Furthermore, it is given a necessary and sufficient condition for these metrics to be of constant flag curvature.
