    Let \(\Re\) be a ring of entire functions and \(P\in \Re{y}\). When has \(P\) no zeroes in \(\Re\setminus\mathbb{C}?\) This question is discussed in the paper for a special form of the differential polynomial \(P\). Namely, for \[ P(y)\equiv y^{n}+Q(y)+p_{1}\exp(\alpha_{1}z)+p_{2}\exp(\alpha_{2}z) \] with \[ n\geq 4, \;Q\in\mathbb{C}[z]{y},\;\deg Q\leq 3,\;p_{1}, p_{2}\in\mathbb{C}[z]\setminus 0 \] .
