Let \(M\) be a compact \(n\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold. Let Spec\(_p(M)\) be the spectrum of the \(p\)-form valued Laplacian where each eigenvalue is counted with multiplicity. The authors study the \(p\)-spectrum of a certain class of \(4\)-dimensional flat manifolds -- those whose corresponding Bieberbach groups have the canonical lattice as translation lattice. An explicit computation of the multiplicities is made for two flat manifolds with holonomy group \(D_4\); they are \(p\)-isospectral if and only if \(p=1\) or \(p=3\) and they do not have the same lengths of closed geodesics. \(p\) isospectral pairs that are not isospectral on functions and which have different lengths of closed geodesics are exhibited and a number of other useful results are obtained.
