The paper proposes a Poisson approximation for some indicator random variables defined from a large number of dependent random variables: here one refers to the spins of the Ising model The main result is stated in the introduction (section 1) and then the proof is postponed in the third section. The second lengthy section is devoted to the prerequisite for the proof, mainly the concept of local configuration and its conditional probability. The ferromagnetic case is considered in a detailed manner.
