Let \(S\) be a compact real surface, embedded in a \(\mathbb{C}\)-analytic surface \(X\) and having only finitely many complex points. Assume that those complex points on \(S\) are flat hyperbolic. Then the author shows that \(S\) has a regular Stein neighborhood basis. An application is given in the case that \(S\) is a union of 2 totally real planes in \(\mathbb{C}^2\).
