The authors study the existence of a germ of holomorphic \(1\)-form \(\omega\) in \((\mathbb{C}^n,0)\) with the following properties: 1. it is non-integrable, 2. it has an isolated singularity at 0,3. its kernel is transversal to a small sphere around 0,4. it admits no integral manifolds through \(0\). They first prove that for \(n\geq 3\) if there is a holomorphic vector field \(X\) in \((\mathbb{C}^n,0)\) such that \(\omega(X)=0\) and \(X\) is transverse to a sphere around \(0\) then \(\omega\) is non-integrable. They give explicit linear \(\omega\)'s with such a vector field and prove that those \(\omega\)'s admit no integral manifold through the origin. This yields to the existence of \(1\)-forms with the properties listed above. The main motivation for the article comes from [\textit{C. Camacho} and \textit{P. Sad}, Ann. Math. (2) 115, 579--595 (1982; Zbl 0503.32007)] and [\textit{F. Cano} and \textit{D. Cerveau}, Acta Math. 169, No. 1/2, 1--103 (1992; Zbl 0771.32018)] and authors previous articles.
