The Navier-Stokes system is considered on a polygonal domain \(\Omega\) having only one concave corner: \[ \begin{aligned} &\frac{\partial v}{\partial t}-\Delta v+(v\cdot\nabla)v+\nabla p=f, \quad \text{div}\,v=0 \quad x\in \Omega,\quad 0<t<T,\\ &v(x,t)=0, \quad x\in \partial\Omega,\quad 0<t<T,\\ &v(x,0)=0,\quad x\in \Omega. \end{aligned} \] Here \(v=(v_1,v_2)\) is the velocity of a fluid, \(p\) is the pressure. It is shown that the solution to the problem is a sum of a corner singular part and a regular part. The coefficients of the singularities are expressed in terms of the data of the problem and belong to a fractional Sobolev space on the time interval \((0,T)\). The regular part of the solution satisfies an increased regularity. The investigation is based on the analysis of a linearized problem
