    The authors consider the periodic problem of the form \[ \dot{x}(t) \in Ax(t) + F(t,x(t)) \] \[ x(0) = x(\omega), \] where \(A: \mathbb{R}^N \rightarrow \mathbb{R}^N\) is a bounded linear operator satisfying, for a given \(c \in \mathbb{R}_+,\) \[ \langle Ax,x\rangle\geq c \| x\| ^2 \] or \[ \langle(-A)x,x\rangle\geq c\| x\| ^2 \] for all \(x \in \mathbb{R}^N.\) A compact-valued nonlinearity \(F: [0,\omega] \times \mathbb{R}^N \multimap \mathbb{R}^N\) obeys the one-sided Lipschitz condition, i.e., there exists an integrable function \(L: [0,\omega] \rightarrow \mathbb{R}\) such that for each \(x,y \in \mathbb{R}^N,\) \(t \in [0,\omega],\) and \(v \in F(t,x)\) there exists \(u \in F(t,y)\) with \[ \langle v-u,x-y\rangle\leq L(t) \| x-y\| ^2. \] The existence results are obtained under assumptions that \(F\) satisfies lower or upper Carathéo\-dory type conditions. Reviewer's remarks. (1) The continuity properties of the multivalued Nemitsky operator (see the proofs of Theorems 3.1 and 3.2) are well known (see, e.g., the monographs of \textit{K. Deimling} [Multivalued Differential Equations, Berlin: de Gruyter (1992; Zbl 0760.34002)] and \textit{M. Kamenskii}, the reviewer, and \textit{P. Zecca} [Condensing Multivalued Maps and Semilinear Differential Inclusions in Banach Spaces, Berlin: de Gruyter (2001; Zbl 0988.34001)]). (2) The above books should be added to the list of works in which the periodic problem for differential inclusions is considered.
