Extension of the Gromov-Hausdorff limit from compact to non-compact case requires a choice of points $p_i\in M_i$ for a sequence of non-compact complete Riemannian $n$-dimensional manifolds $M^n_i$. Then, under some general conditions, the limit of a sequence of pointed manifolds $(M^n_i,p_i)$ exists. In the case of a uniform Ricci curvature lower bound, \textit {J. Cheeger} and \textit{T. H. Colding} [Ann. Math. (2) 144, No. 1, 189--237 (1996; Zbl 0865.53037)] proved that the limit space $(X,p_\infty)$, when it has non-collapsed volume, has a tangent cone at each point $q$, which is metric and isometric to a wrapped product $\Sigma\times_{r^2}\mathbb{R}^+$ of a compact metric space $\Sigma$ with the positive real axis $\mathbb{R}^+$.\par The present paper considers the structure of this cone in the case when $M_i$ are Kähler manifolds. The author shows that the tangent cone at infinity admits a second $\mathbb{R}$-action on $\Sigma$ -- a result which intuitively follows if $\Sigma\times_{r^2}\mathbb{R}^+$ were to admit a ``Kähler rotation''. The methods are based on the preprint [\textit{V. Kapovitch} and \textit{B. Wilking}, ``Structure of fundamental groups of manifolds with Ricci curvature bounded below'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1105.5955}] and the results are applied by the author to study the ring of holomorphic functions with volume growth at infinity on complete Kähler manifolds with nonnegative bisectional curvature.
