Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded domain in \(\mathbb C^n\) and let \[ P:L^2(\Omega,dv)\to L^2_a(\Omega,dv) \] denote the Bergman projection, where \(L^2_a(\Omega,dv)\) is the Bergman space consisting of holomorphic functions in \(L^2(\Omega,dv)\). For a bounded function \(\varphi\) on \(\Omega\), the dual Toeplitz operator \(S_\varphi\) is the bounded linear operator on \(L^2(\Omega,dv)\ominus L^2_a(\Omega,dv)\) defined by \[ S_\varphi(f)=(I-P)(\varphi f), \] where \(I\) is the identity operator on \(L^2(\Omega,dv)\). The paper under review studies the commutativity of dual Toelplitz operators on the polydisk in \(\mathbb C^n\). More specifically, the paper obtains characterizations for commuting dual Toeplitz operators, essentially commuting dual Toeplitz operators, and essentially semi-commuting dual Toeplitz operators.
