The dual reciprocity boundary element method (DRBEM) is applied to the time-stepping boundary element method for the transient three-dimensional heat conduction problem in nonlinear materials. Comparison of the numerical results obtained using the proposed method and the finite-difference method (FDM) for a three-dimensional problem in a parallelepiped shows good agreement.
