The author considers concave complex fillings of the sphere \(S^3\) that are equivariant with respect to some subgroup \(\mathbf{F}\) of the group \(\text{SU}(1,2)\) of its CR automorphisms. He shows that they are standard blow-ups of the complex manifold \(\mathbb{CP}^2\setminus {B}\), where \({B}\) is the ball of \(\mathbb{C}^2\). Pseudoconvex fillings of \(S^3\) were previously considered by \textit{Y. Eliashberg} [Proc. Symp., Durham/UK 1989, Lond. Math. Soc. Lect. Note Ser. 151, 45--72 (1990; Zbl 0731.53036)].
