    Let \(H\) be a real Hilbert space, \(A:D(A)\rightarrow H\) a possibly unbounded self-adjoint linear operator such that \[ \exists \lambda >0, \quad \forall u\in D(A), \quad (Au,u)\geq\lambda|u|^2, \] let \(V\) be the space \(V=D(A^{\frac{1}{2}})\) endowed with the norm given by \[ \forall u \in V, \quad \|u\|^2=|A^{\frac{1}{2}}u|^2. \] The author proves that, if \(\beta (t):{\mathbb R}\rightarrow C(V, V^{\prime})\) is a measurable family of continuous operators, \(f\in L^{\infty}({\mathbb R}, H)\) and satisfies some hypotheses, \(u\in C^1({\mathbb R}, V) \cap W^{2,1}_{loc}({\mathbb R},H)\) is a bounded solution of \[ u^{\prime\prime} +Au+\beta(t)u^{\prime}=f(t) \] then we have the following estimates \[ \forall t \in {\mathbb R}, \quad \{|u^{\prime}(t)|^2+\|u(t)\|^2\} ^{\frac{1}{2}}\leq {\frac{3}{\sqrt 2}}({\frac{4}{c}}+C)\|f\|_{L^{\infty}({\mathbb R}, H)}, \] \[ \forall t \in {\mathbb R}, \quad \sup\{|u^{\prime}(t)|, \|u(t)\|\}\leq {\sqrt 3}({\frac{4}{c}}+C)\|f\|_{L^{\infty}({\mathbb R}, H)}. \]
