In the present study the authors deal with the systems of coupled oscillators with random perturbations. The main purpose of the paper is to show, by using random attractor theory and the invariant foliations theory, that for a quite large class of oscillators one can show (under suitable conditions) 1) the existence of a ``compact'' global attractor, 2) 1D topological structure for the global attractor, 3) the existence of a rotation number. Moreover, the authors present some numerical simulation to see how the dynamics changes when the ``noise'' and coupling properties are changed.
