Canonical forms of affine systems \(\dot x= A(x)+ B(x)u\), \(u\) scalar, are introduced. Necessary and sufficient condition for affine equivalence is proved. The trivial statement that Lorenz system with three equilibria and the Roessler system with two equilibria are not affine equivalent is stated.
