Let \(f\) be a meromorphic function in the complex plane \(\mathbb{C}\). By \(f^n\) we denote the \(n\)th iterate of \(f\). By \(F(f)\) we denote the set of normality that is the set of points \(z\in\mathbb{C}\) such that the sequence \(\{f^n\}\) forms a normal family in some neighbourhood of \(z\). A maximal domain of normality of the iterates of \(f\), that is connected component of \(F(f)\) is called a Fatou component. A Fatou component \(U\) is called a complete invariant domain if \(f(U)\subset U\) and \(f^{-1}(U)\subset U\). Let us put \[ S= \{f|f\text{ has only finitely many critical and asymptotic values}\}. \] In this paper the folloving result is proved: Theorem: Let \(f\in S\) be a transcendental meromorphic function with finitely many poles. If \(F(f)\) has a completely invariant component \(U\) which is simply-connected, then \(F(f)= U\).
