    The authors consider the impulsive \(m\)-point boundary value problem for ordinary differential equation of second order \[ \begin{aligned} &x''(t) = f(t,x(t),x'(t)),\quad t \in [0,1]\setminus\{t_1,\dots,t_T\}, \\ &\triangle x'(t_k) = b_kx'(t_k),\quad \triangle x(t_k) = c_kx(t_k),\;k = 1,\dots,T,\\ &x'(0) = 0, \quad x(1) = \sum_{i=1}^{m-2} a_ix(\xi_i), \end{aligned} \] where \(0 < \xi_1 < \dots < \xi_{m-2} < 1\), \(0 < t_1 < \dots < t_T < 1\), \(f: [0,1]\times{\mathbb R}^2\to{\mathbb R}\). Sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution of the problem are obtained. The proofs of the main results are based on the Leray-Schauder continuation theorem and the nonlinear alternative of Leray-Schauder type.
