Asymptotic completeness for \(N\)-body quantum systems with long-range interactions in a time-periodic electric field (Q2472486): Difference between revisions

The author proves the existence and the asymptotic completeness of the modified wave operators for non-relativistic quantum mechanical N-body systems in a time periodic electric field whose mean in time is not zero and with long-range pair potentials. For this purpose the author proves propagation estimates for the physical propagator generated by the time-periodic Hamiltonian of the N-body system. The results on this paper generalize previous work by the author [``Scattering theory for \(N\)-body quantum systems in a time-periodic electric field,'' Funkc. Ekvacioj, Ser. Int. 44, No.~2, 335--376 (2001; Zbl 1145.81414)]. were he proved existence and asymptotic completeness of the modified wave operators in the case where the pair potentials between particles whose specific charges are different are short-range and the pair potentials between particles with the same specific charges are long-range.
