Let \(A=\bigoplus_{J\geq 0} A_j\) be a graded commutative coherent ring, finitely generated as an \(A_0\)-algebra. The authors follow \textit{P.\ Gabriel}'s results [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 90, 323--448 (1962; Zbl 0201.35602)] and use properties of the Ziegler and Zariski topologies, to establish a bijection between the tensor Serre subcategories of \(\text{qgr}A\) and the set of some subsets \(Y\subseteq \text{Proj}A\). Then, an isomorphism \[ (\text{Proj}A,\mathcal{O}_{\text{Proj}A}\overset{\simeq}\rightarrow(\text{Spec}(\text{qgr}A),\mathcal{O}_{\text{qgr}A}) \] is constructed to say that the category \(\text{qgr}A\) contains all the necessary information to to reconstruct \((\text{Proj}A,\mathcal{O}_{\text{Proj}A})\).
