The equation \[ w_{zzzz} - 10w^2w_{zz} - 10ww_{z}^2 + 6w^5 - zw-\alpha =0 \] appears from the modified Korteweg-de Vries equation of the fifth-order when one looks for its self-similar solution. This equation has a number of properties similar to those of Painlevé equations. Namely, it possesses Bäcklund transformations, a Lax pair and so on. The authors suppose that the equation can be an origin of new transcendental functions as Painlevé equations are. To study this problem it is important to find all solutions asymptotics of the equation. The authors do this in the paper. All power and non-power asymptotics, power and exponential expansions for the solutions of the equation are calculated by means of power geometric methods [see \textit{A. D. Bruno}, Usp. Math. Nauk 59, 31--80 (2004; Zbl 1068.34054)].
