This paper deals with ergodicity-breaking transition of the Kob-Andersen [KA] model which was introduced as a model of glasses. The model is considered on the hypercubic lattices and on the Bethe lattices. Let \(s\) be the neighboring vacancy which is a constraint parameter of the KA model. It is shown that on the \(d\)-dimensional hypercubic lattice, the model is ergodic at all densities for \(0<s<d\), while on the Bethe lattice of branching parameter \(k\), there is a ergodicity-breaking transition at a non-trivial critical density for any \(s<k\). The KA model on decorated Bethe lattices that interpolates between the simple Bethe lattice and the hypercubic lattice are also considered. Contacts with earlier exact and numerical results as well as related topics are made.
